As members of Chi Sigma Tau, we vehemently oppose any form of hazing within our organization. Hazing has no place in our values, mission, or traditions. It contradicts the principles of brotherhood, respect, and personal development that we stand for.
We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members. Hazing undermines this commitment by causing harm, both physical and psychological, to individuals and our community as a whole. It perpetuates cycles of abuse and diminishes the dignity and worth of every person involved.
We recognize that hazing is not a tradition, but a violation of trust and basic human decency. Chi Sigma Tau, Inc. does NOT condone hazing! We will not tolerate any behavior that puts our members at risk or compromises their well-being. We encourage openness, accountability, and mutual respect in all our interactions.
To uphold these principles, we pledge to:
- Educate our members about the dangers and consequences of hazing.
- Enforce strict policies against hazing, with clear consequences for violations.
- Foster a culture of empathy, integrity, and responsibility within our fraternity.
We stand united against hazing, and we will actively work to create a fraternity that values safety, dignity, and genuine brotherhood above all else.
What is Hazing?
